Member		Yes, the sheeple remain protected and ignorant. Renters get kicked out of their homes if they become unemployed (and if they have savings over £3000, I believe. £3000 which might have been going towards a deposit) while homeowners are allowed to stay in their homes. Member		I agree ML - everything that Brown has done for the past ten years has been to support unsupportably high house prices, because he knows that the UK economy is reliant on them constantly rising, but just like the rise in GCSE grades - they are false rises. The people I feel sorry for are the tax-payers who have wisely not bought into the property market because they knew prices were too high, but who are now being punished by having to pay for those who weren't as wise.
