In one eye I painted a white flower which stands for life, beauty and innocence. The other eye should be at first sight empty, like a black hole. But if you look closer you will find a slightly hidden grenade inside - instead of a hole. It symbolizes the opposite of the flower and stands for mortality, war and death. It's all about how we want to SEE the world and what we decide to do with our lives. Are we creators or destroyers?

I called it "Blindgänger" which means something in between of an "unexploded bomb" and also a "blind person".
