Dear Enrico,
good work! However, I personally do not fear that the worldwide terror will increase due to the Afghan occurances. The U.S. have improved their inteligence services in so far that they will detect relevant plans in time.
Looking at Afghanistan the main impact of the Taliban revival will be a lot of suffering of the Afghan people (especially women, intellectuals, and members of minorities).
