You mean because the top officials in the U.S. government are already unintentionally funny and don't realize that half the world is constantly laughing at them? Actually, it hasn't been funny for a long time now...

It seems they are not so conscious of what they are saylng and their behaviour is really difficult to understand: they are acting with a not so clear strategy that create a dramatic situation of chaos.
We are walking on a razor edge...
